Refund policy
- CORPORATE MEMBERSHIPS/PATRON MEMBERSHIPS
In order to sign up as a corporate member in any category, your Company must be a user of
SAP. By signing up as a member, you warrant that your organization is such a user. Corporate
memberships are tied to the Company and they may change their representative members at
any time with 7 working days notice. All members must be employees of the organization and
in possession of a Company email address for communication. No refunds will be made for
Corporate Memberships even if the organisation's user status changes during the valid period.
- EVENT/SEMINAR PARTICIPATION - SUBSTITUTION
Companies and individuals may request to substitute registered participants up to 48 hours prior
to commencement without additional payment. INDUS will cater to these requests at no
additional charge where possible however, INDUS reserves the right to deny such requests.
- EVENT/SEMINAR PARTICIPATION - CANCELLATION
Companies and individuals may request to cancel registered participants up to 5 working
days prior to commencement. INDUS will cater to these requests wherever possible however,
INDUS reserves the right to deny such requests. If INDUS accommodates the request a refund
will be made less a 15% handling and service fee.
